The salon was founded by Cindy, who is remembered as its pioneer, and has been in business for more than two decades according to its 2023 website. It is now owned and managed by Cindy's daughter, Zoom, and Zoom's husband, James, so it remains a family business.

Every visit is by appointment, booked online through Fresha, including group bookings. A valid credit card must be stored through the Fresha app to confirm a booking. Missed appointments are charged the full service cost, and cancellations within 48 hours are charged half. Rescheduling inside that window does not avoid the fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is changed to a similar one or moved, with a late cancellation fee. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Parking is on Colfax Avenue or in the lot behind the building.

The Russian manicure is a dry cuticle treatment priced at $55 and takes about an hour. The salon includes it with all of its nail care services. A gel manicure starts at $70 and takes roughly 75 to 105 minutes. It includes gel polish removal, a Russian manicure, a gel base and top coat, and a lotion massage, and according to the salon it can last 10 to 14 days with proper home care.

A structured gel manicure starts at $85 and takes 90 to 150 minutes. It uses builder or hard gel to build a foundation over natural nails, which suits clients growing out their natural nails, and it can last 2 to 4 weeks with home care. Nail repairs are a $5 add-on charged at the appointment, and nail art is available for an extra fee and must be booked with the same artist.

Extension options include dual forms, which use a pre-made form over the natural nail with gel applied inside and cured before the form is removed, and Gel-X by Apres, which uses full-cover soft gel tips set with gel base under UV light. Dry pedicures focus on exfoliation and cuticle care without a soaking tub, and the deluxe version adds a sugar scrub, lotion or mask, and an Eco-Fin wax treatment. Removal of dip, gel-X, acrylic, builder gel or hard gel is not included in a gel manicure and must be added. Regular polish cannot be dried at a seat, as there is no drying station or table fan.

The salon sells gift cards in $50, $100, $200, $250 and $500 amounts. It also offers one-on-one Russian manicure classes for people who want to learn the technique. Class materials, practice hands, a student discount code for supplies, and a starter kit to take home are included, and participants receive a certificate on completion.
