The color menu covers all over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, babylights, bleach and tone for roots, custom color, root retouches for gray coverage, and color correction, which is booked as a longer appointment. Glosses are a semi-permanent color treatment that includes a blowout and style, and several highlight services require a gloss or extensions gloss to be added. A money piece, a face-framing highlight, is also offered alongside a gloss. Keratin smoothing treatments reduce frizz and curl and are listed to last three to five months with proper care. K18, a leave-in treatment meant to address damage from bleach, chemical services and heat, can be added to services.

Extensions are a major part of the salon. Services include installs, maintenance by number of rows, re-installs, removal, and extension glosses and blowouts. Re-installs are charged one flat rate regardless of how many rows are being done and include cutting, blending and styling.

Booking and cancellation policies are firm. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are charged the full service.
