The salon is on the first floor of the mall, to the left of Macy's. Clients can park in the East Parking Deck by Macy's, entered from Steele Street; the deck has an EV charger and metered parking. Walk-ins are accepted, and appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by calling (303) 399-6000. Appointments are confirmed the day before. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday.

Coloring starts with a free consultation. Several services are priced from a starting figure: toning depends on the number of toning steps, hair length and thickness; bleaching to blonde depends on the starting and target lightness; and color correction may need extra planning time. Extension work also begins with a consultation, which is free but requires a credit card to book. Missed extension consultations are charged $50, and ordering hair for extensions requires a 50% deposit to book the appointment that applies them.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. Accepted payments are American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Gift certificates are offered.
