The hair menu covers women's haircuts, bang trims, single and two-process color, partial and full highlights, balayage, ombré and babylights, and base lifts with glosses and toners. Hair extensions can be removed or installed, and a hair extension consultation is free and takes 15 minutes. Installation is priced on request, so clients contact the salon for a quote. Styling includes blowdries, French and crown braids, boxer braids, simple updos and updos.

Treatments include the Olaplex hair strengthening treatment and a keratin treatment or Brazilian blowout, which takes about 2 hours, starts at $200, and according to the salon lasts about 5 to 6 months. Kids' haircuts take 45 minutes and are priced from $35 to $55.

Makeup is offered for special occasions, photo shoots and events, with options to add lashes or a blowdry. Clients can book online through the business website or the booking site, and gift cards are sold on the booking site. The online shop sells Olaplex and IGK hair care and a Philips ceramic vent brush, priced from $25 to $32, with free shipping on orders of $50 and over. Shop returns are handled as exchanges or store credit only, and used products cannot be refunded.

Clients are given time to step away from their usual routine, with the aim of leaving feeling good inside and out.
