The studio is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 AM to 2 PM. Balayage and full over color require a consultation before booking, and an in-person consultation takes about 20 minutes. Deposits apply to some services: $25 for a consultation, $45 for blow dry, extension maintenance and keratin smoothing, $100 for balayage and full over color, and $500 for a one-on-one class. Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price.

Extension options include Sewin, Tapein and K-Tip installs in traditional, versatile, closure, hybrid and invisible versions. K-Tip work uses up to 200 grams of keratin tip extensions in lengths up to 26 inches, in textured straight, kinky straight, Burmese curly and kinky curly textures.

The studio also runs one-on-one classes for K-Tip extensions, Sewin extensions and wig installation. The K-Tip class does not require a cosmetology license to attend, but a valid cosmetology or hairstylist license is required to offer K-Tip services to clients.
