Pricing depends on hair density, so many services come in standard, high density (HD) and low density (LD) versions. Specialty color is priced a la carte and added to the base price of a cut and style. Every service includes a luxury shampoo and a complimentary head massage. Highlights, balayage, technical services and extensions require a prior consultation, and the salon offers a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals, in person or by Zoom, FaceTime or phone.

Clients with kinky or type 4 hair have dedicated options, including a Type 4 Cut + Style with a choice of wash-and-go, twist-and-go or silk press styling, and a Type 4 blowout at $100. Chemical and smoothing services include relaxers, curly perms and keratin treatments, with keratin results lasting about 6 to 8 weeks for the express version and about 4 to 6 months for the full version.

Extensions are installed as micro link or tape-in, with a full installation and style at $285. The salon suggests monthly maintenance for up to three months before a full take-down is needed; maintenance and style is $175 and full take-down with re-install is $325.
