The building is split by floor. The hair salon is on the second floor, where providers work from the salon space. The first floor holds private studios listed as Studio A, Studio B and Suite C, and some of the people working there offer massage, bodywork and tattoo work.

A visit usually starts with conversation. A free consultation lets clients talk through their hair goals, and a free in-person color consultation of about 30 minutes is recommended before color services. Some colors require that consultation before booking.

Color ranges from root retouches, gloss and all-over color to balayage, hair painting, bleach, vivid color and toners. Services are priced by appointment length, and color can also be booked by the hour.

Treatments include express keratin, deep conditioning and a scalp treatment.
