Body work begins with a 30-minute consultation, for $10, to talk through concerns and goals and build a customized plan. Plans often combine methods. Ultrasonic cavitation, laser lipo and muscle sculpting can be used together, and single-area or full-body options are available. Skin tightening with radio frequency can be done on the whole body or on loose to moderately loose skin. The business says its body treatments involve no pain and no downtime, with clients able to return to daily activities afterward.

Body packages of three or six sessions can be used across all body services, and a few packages are set up for specific goals, such as a mommy package for the stomach and love handles or a platinum six-session package that pairs laser lipo on one chosen area with muscle sculpting on the stomach. A radio frequency facial tightening treatment with LED light therapy is also offered.

Policies are strict and worth reading before booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Body services cancelled within 24 hours carry a $35 fee, and teeth whitening cancellations within 24 hours carry a $25 fee. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price. Clients who do not pay a cancellation fee, or whose card is declined, cannot book until the fee is cleared, and must pay a new deposit to reschedule. Clients can text 813-205-4447 with questions.

One product used contains nut oil, so clients with a peanut allergy are asked to tell the business in advance, and an alternative can be provided. Whitening clients are asked to arrive with freshly brushed teeth. Body clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing, drink plenty of water, and avoid alcohol for 24 to 48 hours before and 48 hours after the appointment.

Body treatments start with a consultation that sets a customized plan, and services are often combined to suit each client's goals.
