Britt focuses on blonde color, from bright and bold looks to soft, sun-kissed tones, and on extensions that add length, volume or both while blending with natural hair. Lived In Color is the signature service: a customizable dimensional color that mixes lightening with added depth and leaves a natural-looking root, so it grows out smoothly and needs fewer appointments. Clients are usually seen two to four times a year for it. Britt also offers solid color retouches, all-over color, partial and full highlights, mini highlights and mini blonding, and extension installs with maintenance for one, two or three-plus rows. Britt is currently taking new blonding and extension clients only.

A first visit starts with a detailed consultation about hair goals, hair history and what maintenance will look like. Clients are welcome to bring photos of the color or extension look they want, and Britt matches those images to what will suit their hair and daily routine. Color and extension consultations are free, and extension consultations can be done in person or virtually. Scalp massage is offered during hair washing. Britt also plans long-term maintenance for color, extensions or both, and extension maintenance appointments are spaced every five to eight weeks depending on hair type and texture, with the first one about six weeks after install day.

Britt customizes color to each client's natural coloring, lifestyle and hair goals, and treats color and extensions as something that does not suit everyone in the same way.
