Services are grouped into Bridal, Color Bar, Cuts and Styling, Extensions and Other. Bridal options cover wedding parties and brides, from hair and makeup trials to full wedding-day looks. Bridal party hairstyles are reserved with a deposit and suggested two to four months before the wedding. The Color Bar offers balayage, foil and partial highlights, full highlights, root retouches, toners and color correction, along with a keratin treatment and a longer premium refresh called Premier New You. That refresh includes drinks, an oxygen treatment, a scalp treatment or hair mask and a scalp massage.

Extensions are a major part of the salon. Every install begins with a free consultation that takes at least 15 minutes. Options include tape-in extensions, one- and two-row installs, re-installs, removals, repairs and move-ups. Extensions are installed with the MJ Luxe braidless method, which can be adjusted for each client. The salon also sells MJ Luxe Extensions hair online, with listings at $240 each. The extension brand describes its hair as dense from root to tip and designed not to fade brassy.

Booking policies: clients are asked to give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours carry a $50 fee. A deposit can be moved to a future booking if an appointment is cancelled. All sales are final, and services and products are not refundable. Products sold include Kevin Murphy and other lines through the online store.
