The menu centers on braided and twisted styles for natural hair, including knotless braids, box braids, crochet, Bantu knots, cornrows, flat twists and half and half styles. Some braid and cornrow styles can be done with added hair in colors numbered 1 to 6, or with pre-stretched colored hair the client brings in. There are also haircuts using the shear over comb method (clipper cuts are not offered at this time), trims, shampoo and blow dry, press and curl, ponytails, flat ironing, starter loc twists and palm roll loc maintenance.

Walk-ins are welcome for most styles. Parents should have a child's hair unbraided and detangled before the appointment, or book the separate detangling service if they need help. Appointment times are approximate and can shift with staffing and preparation, though stylists generally finish by the scheduled end time. Food and drink are not allowed in the salon, only one parent or guardian per child may come in at a time, and visitors should use the chairs near the entrance. Each station has Wi-Fi and personal TV.

Hours are Tuesday 1 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday to Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 4:45 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays. Some services require a nonrefundable deposit: $75 for Box Braids and Large Knotless Braids, and $50 for cornrows with added hair. Deposits are taken by cash or CashApp only. Prices are as advertised, and partial services are not discounted.

The salon offers Sensory Sunday, a Sunday session for children with autism spectrum disorder, and Hair Care One on One, where a parent learns to shampoo, condition and blow dry a child's hair and receives a simple natural hairstyle with care instructions. The salon states it does not discriminate based on race, color, ability or orientation, and it is hiring new and experienced stylists, barbers, a salon manager and assistants.
