The menu is built around natural hair. Loc services include starter locs, interlock maintenance, micro loc retie, loc repair priced per loc, and pipe cleaner or perm rod sets. Other services cover knotless and stitch braids, color packages, traditional and partial sew-ins, quick weaves, roller and perm rod sets, silk presses, sleek ponytails, and a kids menu with braids, retwists and starter locs.
Clients book with a deposit. A general consultation is mandatory for color and loc extension clients and is required before starter loc packages and kids starter locs. The consultation includes a scalp analysis for clients with damaged or thinning locs and covers sizing, parts and allergies. Loc repair involving more than six locs also needs a consultation first.
Policies: services are not refundable. Late arrivals and cancellations can be reported by phone call or text message, and late fees do not apply. An appointment must be canceled at least 48 hours ahead to be rescheduled, and one reschedule is allowed before a new deposit is required.
Services are shaped around each client, with consultations before many loc and color services. The salon says it uses science-backed products.
