Clients book through an online booking page powered by GlossGenius. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations carry a 30% fee. For in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available, though approval is needed before the appointment.

The blowout packages are built for regular upkeep. They run biweekly, monthly, every two, three or six months, and each includes a shampoo, deep conditioner and trim. The six-month package also includes priority booking and 10% off add-ons. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books regular services.

Locs are a core part of the menu, from starter locs (which begin with a consultation) through interlocking, retwists, loc styling, loc repair and removal, extensions and microlocs. Overdue loc maintenance is offered for locs where more than two months have passed since the last retightening or retwist. Braiding covers knotless and box braids in several lengths, twists, plaits and feed-in braids, and the studio also hosts group braiding sessions for a host's friends or family.

Regular upkeep sits at the center of the menu, with blowout packages that bundle washing, deep conditioning and trims on a set schedule.
