Every result starts with a consultation, where the stylist evaluates the hair, talks through expectations and sets out a service plan with stated pricing. Timing depends on hair history. Dramatic changes such as color correction or significant lightening may take two to three sessions, while simple refreshes and balayage can often be done in one visit. Keratin and color should be discussed with a stylist before booking, since the order and timing of services depend on the hair.

The salon is known for curly cuts shaped around natural texture and curl definition, along with a separate Rezo Cut for curly hair.
