Clients can book online or call 704-974-2834. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 to 6:00 and Sunday from 12:30 to 4:30. First-time clients booking chemical services such as all over color or balayage must have an in-person chemical consultation first. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Hair should arrive detangled; detangling by the salon costs $45 extra, or $50 for silk press and ponytail services. Color services need clean, dry, detangled hair, and having the salon prepare hair costs $75 to $85 extra. Blowouts cannot be done on hair with heavy oil or grease. Prices depend on the thickness and length of hair and may vary.

Services run from blowouts, Dominican blowouts and silk press to keratin treatments, color, balayage, curly hair care, relaxers, texturizers, extensions and scalp detox. Add-ons such as a nourishing treatment, deep hydration treatment, intensive hair masque, anti-frizz treatment and scalp detox ritual can be added to many services. According to the salon, a long-lasting keratin treatment holds for up to six to seven months with proper home care, and an anti-frizz blowout lasts about 12 weeks with proper home care.
