On the hair side, services cover cutting and styling, perms, hair straightening and de-frizzing, foiled highlights and balayage, and color, including root touch-ups and a new-client color that begins with color matching, formulation and a consultation. Cuts are shaped with point, blunt, razor, slice or clipper techniques, chosen for each client's hair type. Bleach requires a consultation first.

Nail services range from traditional manicures and pedicures to Shellac, which goes on in thin coats and is cured under UV light with no sculpting or filing, and to acrylic or BuilderGel full sets and fills. The Whole Che Bang pedicure is the longest option, at about an hour and fifteen minutes, with a callus scrub, a steamed moisturizing mask wrap and circulatory massage; flower or artistic designs can be added on request.

Men's services include a haircut with shampoo and an Exclusive Men's Hair Service, which adds facial and neck massage, a hot towel, a scalp treatment and clean-up of ears, brows and neckline. The salon accepts credit cards, welcomes walk-ins subject to availability, and asks for advance booking by phone or online. A 25% booking fee applies to new appointments, and prices may change without notice.
