The menu is organized into three groups: brows, lashes and waxing. Lash services range from a classic full set of extensions and fills, including a quicker mini fill for lashes done within the last week, to lifts, tints, a combined lift and tint, and removal of extensions. Brow services include a temporary brow tint, a wax and tint combo, brow lamination, and a Charismatic Brow Package that brings mapping, waxing, tinting, lamination and an aftercare kit together in one visit. Waxing covers lip, chin and nose, brows alone, and a full face.

Before a first visit, clients can book a free consultation to talk through service choices and ask questions. Add-on enhancements can be booked ahead of time along with the main service. Clients read and sign contraindication and aftercare forms for the service they choose, and arrive about 15 minutes early to complete an intake form.

The studio asks clients to reschedule if they have cold or flu symptoms. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows carry a non-refundable $25 deposit before the next service can be booked, and a second one raises the deposit to 50% of the service total. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the service may be shortened or cancelled; lash extension appointments cannot be shortened. Cash, CashApp and Venmo are accepted, and gift certificates are available.

The business centers its services on client comfort and self-care, with a free consultation available before a first visit.
