Fine line tattoos are done by the studio's artists, Lois, Jordyn, Krista and Anna. Piercings are made with sterile, single-use hollow needles rather than piercing guns, and basic jewelry is high-grade surgical steel that is virtually nickel-free, with titanium offered as an upgrade. Piercings are available from 12 weeks of age. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to attend and give written consent, and clients are advised to eat before their appointment.

Nail services fall under LCX Nails, covering Gel-X extensions that add length to natural nails, structured gel for strength without much added length, gel manicures with shaping, cuticle care and lamp-cured polish, and fills for existing sets. Korean keratin lash lifts and brow laminations are semi-permanent treatments that do not use extensions; the lash lift typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and the studio gives aftercare guidance for the first 24 to 48 hours. Facials are skincare treatments intended to improve skin health and appearance, and the studio says it uses medical grade products for every facial.

The Head Spa Experience comes in three lengths. The 60-minute version costs $150 and includes scalp analysis, deep cleansing, a relaxing massage and nourishing treatments. The 75-minute version costs $185 and adds arm and neck and shoulder massage and a blow dry. The 90-minute version costs $225 and adds a specialty scalp mask and tools, lymphatic facial massage and a blow dry.

The Beauty Club is a monthly membership at $89. Each month members choose one service from a signature facial, a 90-minute massage, a brow lamination and tint, or a Korean lash lift and tint. Members receive 20% off all services and a Birthday Month massage, and unused credits roll over from month to month. Gift certificates come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts and can be used for any service.

Permanent makeup includes nano brows, powder ombre brows, microblading, lip blushing and freckle tattoos. Appointments generally take 2 to 3 hours. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, ibuprofen and caffeine for 24 hours beforehand and not to tweeze or thread brows before the visit. The studio does not recommend permanent makeup for clients under 18, pregnant or nursing clients, or clients taking isotretinoin, and it notes that final results cannot be guaranteed because pigment holds differently in each skin type.
