Carmen Rayo is the owner and works as the licensed esthetician. The menu covers waxing for the face, arms, chest, back, legs and intimate areas, along with facial-style treatments for the body that aim to brighten, firm and smooth skin and reduce bumps, ingrowns and dark spots. Lash and brow services include tinting, lash lifts and eyebrow laminations, with or without tint or wax. Add-ons such as an under-eye gel, a high frequency treatment and cooling hydrojelly masks can be added to a visit.

Before a first service, clients complete a consent form covering skin type, concerns, allergies, medications and any past reactions. Services take place in private areas. Clients must be 18 or older to book, or have a legal guardian's approval. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, with fees paid through Zelle. The studio also asks clients whether they agree to photos or videos being taken for social media and marketing.

Carmen's stated aim is to help clients get smooth waxes and healthy-looking skin and to leave feeling more confident.
