Custom Curly Cuts are dry-cut to shape each client's curls, tailored to face shape and lifestyle, and include a wash and style. Appointments run about 2 to 3 hours depending on hair length. Hair is always cut dry, since curly hair is not cut wet, and the stylist coaches clients on recreating the look at home. Hair should arrive down, detangled and lightly styled with a cream or gel for a Custom Curly Cut or Pintura Highlights.

Color services include Pintura Highlights, a controlled technique that paints individual curls, and balayage, a method of painting color onto the hair that suits wavy textures. Single process root touch-ups cover up to three inches of new growth, and a glaze adds shine, extends color life and reduces fading and brassiness.

Treatments include Curl Transformation, which restores curls and includes a deep treatment, along with protein, moisture and detox masks and a scalp treatment. A complimentary consultation is offered before services. Blow dries and protective styling are not offered. Clients can join a waitlist for up to six days through the website and are notified if an appointment opens. Booking requires a credit card, and the salon asks clients to come alone, as there is no waiting area.

Each cut is shaped dry to the client's own curl pattern, and stylists show clients how to recreate the look at home.
