Services are planned around each curl type, from loose waves to coils, with product selection, cutting and care customized to the individual. Services fall into four groups: styling, color, treatments and conditioning, and curl enhancements. First-time clients interested in any curl enhancement service are asked to have a consultation.

Clients can book by phone at 212-888-3288 or online. Credit card information is required when booking to hold a reservation, and also for new clients, chemical services and wedding parties. Base prices vary with hair length, thickness, service and local tax, and tax and gratuities are not included in the service price. A 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations, and no-shows are charged the full service price. The salon does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on services or gift certificates.
