The salon describes itself as known for curly expertise across all curl types. Haircuts cover wavy, curly, coily and natural hair, using both wet and dry cutting, and a curly styling menu includes wash and diffuse, wash and go, natural blowouts, silk press, braided protective styles, bantu knots, comb twists and twist outs.

Color is a major focus. Every color appointment begins with an individual consultation, and the colorists put tone, placement and hair health first. Services include balayage and dimensional highlights with glosses and bond-building treatments, hair gloss and toner, grey coverage and grey blending, fashion and vivid color, and color correction, which starts with a consultation for a plan and quote. The color products are plant-derived and free from harsh chemicals, and there are specialized color and product options for sensitive scalps. Color and a haircut can be combined in one visit, while gloss, blowouts and curly styling are booked separately.

The HeadSpa is a Japanese-inspired scalp treatment offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute formats, and the 90 minute version uses the Milbon 5-Step Hydrating Treatment. A signature detox and treatment is available as a short add-on to another appointment. The salon takes a scalp-first approach to care, and stylists send clients home with personalized product recommendations and home routines.

Perms, smoothing and straightening, as well as extensions, are priced after a consultation. Clients are asked to arrive for haircuts and curly cuts with Day 1 to 2 hair, and for color with clean Day 1 to 2 hair and without heavy oils or products. Bookings can be made online or by phone, a credit card is required to hold a booking, and changes need 24 hours' notice. A $2 fee per appointment supports the Green Circle Salon program. The salon is Green Circle certified and says it recovers and recycles 95% of its beauty waste, including hair, foils, color tubes and excess chemicals.
