Visits start with an online booking through the salon's Square page. Platinum, pastel and vibrant color services require a color consultation first. Model Pricing haircuts are slightly discounted rather than free, and they suit clients who give full creative freedom and allow photos for social media and marketing; those inquiries are handled over text and are for serious requests only. Dry trims are offered to established clients only, on clean, dry, detangled hair no more than two inches off length.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Hayley Abner also offers one-on-one education sessions, and the team shares its work on Instagram.
