The salon carries only Davines products, including the Davines color range. Its stated aim is individualized beauty, with looks built around each client. Silk weft extensions are also on the menu, though no price is listed.

Every color and cut service includes a complimentary 10-minute blow-out, and each service comes with a complimentary drink, a housemade cocktail or wine from Hart & Cru, poured into handmade glassware. A full professional blow-dry and style after services is charged as an extra fee.

Open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pricing varies with the experience level of the stylist performing the service. Keratin treatments and platinum or pastel services require a consultation before booking, and corrective color is booked by phone. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 30% of the reserved amount, and no-shows or cancellations after the start time are charged 50%. For appointments booked within 24 hours, cancelling at least 4 hours before the start time avoids the 30% charge.
