The color menu covers all-over color one shade darker than the natural shade, with no highlights or foils, and color retouch that matches roots to existing all-over color. Bleach retouch is root work for clients who are currently platinum blonde. Partial highlights go in the part line and around the face, full highlights run through the hair, and highlights with color apply an all-over or root shade first and then add highlights. Balayage is freehand highlighting that gives a natural look without a band of color and needs less upkeep. Toner or gloss neutralizes unwanted tones such as brassy yellow, gold, orange, red or ash and adds shine. Toner or gloss is not meant for correcting box color or a previous bad color service, but the salon can advise by phone on those.

Cuts include a clipper or barber cut, which is short and over the ear and includes a wash and quick style, and a haircut for medium to long hair, bobs, face-framing, long layers and bangs, with a shampoo and blowout included. The curly cut is for tight to wavy curls and includes a shampoo and dry; clients arrive with hair clean, dry and in its natural state with little or no product. The transformative cut is for removing a lot of length or making a dramatic change, with extra time for consultation. Blowouts include a shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry or iron finish, and formal styles are updos or event looks that do not include a wash.

Bridal services include the Bride package, which the salon describes as its signature service, with a 1.5-hour salon trial and on-location styling on the wedding day. Bridal formal styles can be worn up, half-up or down and use hot tools, bobby pins and braiding. The bridal blowout is dried on wet hair with a round brush for a smooth, straight finish. A flower girl style is available for girls 12 and younger. Wedding pricing and date availability are requested through the bridal coordinator by email or the wedding contact form. A free consultation option is available.

Credit card is required to book except for free consultations. The booking system emails a confirmation when booked and again 72 hours before the appointment, and receptionists send a text 2 days before. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may lose the appointment, and cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours or a no-show incurs a fee of 50 percent of the appointment cost. Clients who cancel late three or more times may be asked to prepay a deposit. Clients running late are asked to call, and the salon will say whether the service can still go ahead. Parking is metered on Race Street or in the North Findlay Market lot off Findlay Street; the salon recommends the Cincy EZPark app. The salon is open Monday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and closed on weekends.
