Every color and extension service begins with a complimentary consultation, where the stylist confirms the final quote; online prices are starting points. Color can be priced together with an extension install at the same consultation. Clients who have no stylist preference can book the first available stylist and are matched at the consultation. Same-day appointments are available, and online booking holds an appointment with a card, with any deposit shown before confirming. Free parking is at the door.

The team trains together and stylists keep up with ongoing education on current color and extension techniques, with the aim of giving each guest the same result whichever stylist they see. Hours are Monday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Education-first: stylists keep current on color and extension techniques, and the team trains together to aim for the same result for every guest.
