Shelly Chand is a co-owner and co-founder of Bronde Blvd Salon, where she also works as a senior stylist. She has been behind the chair for 14 years and opened the salon with Kendra Aragon in March 2022.
Her specialties include blondes, highlights, extensions, all-over color, beachy styling and consultations. She works with every type of client and hair type, and is one of the extension-certified stylists who install extensions at the salon. She also co-created the Bronde Blvd Hair extension line.
