Extensions are offered in hybrid, volume, mega volume and freestyle styles. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A fill booked after three weeks is treated as a new full set, and hybrid, volume and mega volume fills need at least 40% of the original lashes still in place; otherwise they are billed as full sets. A weekly mini fill is available for clients who only need a light touch-up, and it is not meant for those who need a regular fill or a full set. The studio also offers a Korean lash lift, which can be done with or without tint and lasts about six to eight weeks, and a version combined with extensions. Bottom lashes can be added to a full set or fill, but must be requested after the main service is booked. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to one rescheduled appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a 50% charge. Two no-shows block further bookings. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and should come without children or guests. Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid low ponytails, gum, wet hair and heavy products, and to skip makeup and mascara for 24 hours. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM; it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Squeeze-in appointments outside regular hours, before 10 AM or after 5:30 PM, cost an extra $30 and are requested by message or email. Payment is accepted by cash, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay and Zelle, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
