Sessions are booked by appointment, and a first visit doesn't have to be a full set; the studio offers sessions starting at 30 minutes. Clients should arrive with clean lashes that are not curled and free of products, since cleaning is not part of the appointment. A full set takes roughly 2.5 to 3 hours, covers about 90 percent of natural lashes and lasts 4 to 6 weeks. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks after a 60-minute session and every 3 to 4 weeks after a 90-minute session. Losing one to three extensions a day is normal as natural lashes shed. Clients from other salons are welcome, and foreign lashes are worked with and refilled at no extra charge. If eye-area discomfort follows a service, clients should contact the studio within 5 days; extensions can be fully removed at no cost at the next appointment, with no refund.

Extensions come in Classic, Mega Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, with Classic being the most natural and Mega Volume the most dramatic. Each set is designed around the client's eyes and face, and curls, lengths and diameters are chosen to match their natural lashes. Extensions are made of fine synthetic nylon and placed one at a time with adhesive, just outside the lash line. Anime-style lashes are also offered for several application types. Lash lifts curl natural lashes and last about 6 to 8 weeks, and the studio's Korean lash lift is glue-free and cysteamine-based, which it suggests for sensitive, thin or stubbornly straight lashes. Because the Korean lift solution can lighten natural lashes, tint is recommended afterward. Brow lamination sets brow hairs in a chosen direction for about 6 to 8 weeks, and brow tint and soft wax are also available.

Pricing is listed with starting amounts: Classic full sets begin at $230, Volume full sets at $305, Mega Volume full sets at $360 and a Lash Lift at $95. A New Client Lash Starter Set is listed at $125 for new clients, and gift cards are sold as eGift cards. Every booking requires a credit card, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a missed appointment without that notice is charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and future appointments are not accepted until any balance is paid. Clients must be over 18. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay; personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and Venmo are not. Guests, human or animal, are not allowed, except service animals that stay leashed beside the table. Gratuity is not included, and the studio cites 15 to 25 percent as the industry standard.

Training is offered for people at different stages. Lash Step 1 is a 90-minute course at $125 that covers natural lash basics, isolation, adhesive use, classic application, separation and aftercare. Lash Step 2 is a 60-minute session at $95 that is customized to the trainee's focus, which can include extensions, lifts, tints and brow lamination. Lash Extensions 1 is an introductory class for people unsure where to begin, and Lash Extensions 2 is a tailored follow-up. Lash Lift and Tint training is a demonstration where trainees practice on models they bring, and brow lamination training can be added for an extra fee. Casual one-on-one workshops are also available. Technicians complete hours of lash-only training before they see clients, according to the studio.

Lash design determines the shape of each set, with the emphasis placed where it suits the client's eyes and face. Curls, lengths and diameters are matched to each client's natural lashes, and extensions are placed individually with adhesive.
