Acne treatments typically combine a gentle enzyme treatment, extractions, and a peel, with LED light therapy and high-frequency added as time allows. The studio says it heals the skin barrier first and moves forward gradually instead of aggressively, and it does not force extractions on pores that are not ready. Treatments are scheduled monthly for the first three to six months and then about once a quarter once skin is stable. Clients are asked to avoid actives and heavy exfoliants for three to five days before a facial. The first visit includes a consultation of about 30 minutes, a skin analysis, and a sensitivity test, after which clients receive a custom routine list. The studio recommends only the products it carries, and it works with clients on budget, adding homecare products gradually.

Facials range from 40-minute mini facials for the face only, priced at $65, to a 65-minute Gold Star Standard Facial for all skin types at $125 and an 80-minute Arcane Glow Deluxe Facial at $150 that may not suit first-time clients. The New Client Facial at $150 includes a consultation and follow-up skincare recommendations, and a back-only facial runs 55 minutes at $80. Signature facials are customized after the studio assesses the skin. Lash extensions use synthetic fibers and a no-fume professional adhesive, and sets can be customized, with colored lashes available. A full set takes about two and a half hours and is priced at $150. Fills are $60 for mini, $80 for standard, and $100 for extended, and the studio does not fill work applied by another artist, requiring a removal and a new full set instead.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, and brow lamination, which smooths and reshapes natural brow hairs. Brow shaping is offered for a cleanup, an alternative look, or gender-affirming brows. Brow waxing needs four to six or more weeks since the last wax, or two or more weeks since the last shave, and clients should stop retinol or retinoid products in the brow area five days beforehand. Waxing also covers upper lip and underarms. A virtual consultation lasts 50 minutes and costs $50, and includes a virtual skin analysis, a personalized skincare regimen, and a treatment plan. The studio says it will tell clients when a booked service is not a good fit and will make adjustments. It may cancel appointments and refuse service to anyone who makes others feel unsafe, and it does not tolerate hateful speech about marginalized people.
