LashedX sits in an industrial part of Southeast Portland, within the Central Eastside Mural District. Rylie owns the studio and works as its lash artist. Alongside client services, the business teaches a lash artist course.

The studio describes its eyelash extensions as luxury. Full sets take two hours or more and are built from custom handmade fans. The ClassiX set applies fans as singles for a gentler, more natural finish. Thee Set mixes volume and mega volume fans with classic spikes for a textured look, and The 2X offers double the whispy mega volume fullness of Thee Set.

Fills take 75 to 90 minutes. Clients moving over from another lash artist can book a foreign fill for an added $50, and whether the existing set needs to come off and be reapplied is decided at the consultation. An Event Set is also offered at $150 for a 75-minute appointment.

Brow services include tinting, waxing, shaping and lamination. Lash lifts curl natural lashes, lash tinting colors them, and the lift and tint combination covers both in one visit. A free 30-minute consultation call is available for prospective course students.

Booking takes a deposit: $75 for full sets, and $50 for foreign fills, lash lifts and brow lamination. Deposits can be paid through CashApp and are taken off the total on the day of service. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead keep the deposit with the appointment. Full set no-call, no-shows and cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit, while fill no-shows and late cancellations incur a $50 fee on the card on file. Two no-call, no-shows end the ability to book. Clients should be lying down no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start, and later arrivals are cancelled and charged the 48-hour fee. Fills booked more than three weeks after the last service, or with retention under 30%, carry a $50 fee. Refunds are not given on services rendered, though complimentary touch-ups are offered for issues reported within three days. New clients complete a consent form before booking, arrive free of makeup and mascara, and keep lashes dry for 24 hours after application while avoiding oils and caffeine on lash days. After-hours appointments and house calls are available for an additional fee, quoted on request.

LashedX Academy's course is for students who want to work as lash artists. Students need a model at least 18 years old who can sit for up to five hours. Completing the course earns a LashedX certification, which allows them to lash under the LashedX name. Tuition includes continued education and a kit with enough product for up to 50 clients, and certified artists get a lifetime 15% discount code for the online store. A license is required to work professionally in an Oregon salon, but not to enroll in the course.

Extensions are sized to the strength and size of each client's natural lashes, and the studio will not apply any set that would be unhealthy for them.
