The services focus on locs, from starting new locs and handmade or microloc styles to retwisting, styling, color, curls, and repairs.

The menu is organized into groups: retwists and styles, extended loc styles, color, curls, consultations, detox, handmade locs, extensions and wicks, loc sprinkles, microlocs, natural hair styles, repairs, starter locs, and touch-ups or style-only visits. A shampoo is included with most services, though extensions and touch-ups do not include one.

Booking is done in advance with a deposit of half the total service price, rounded to the dollar, due right after booking. Deposits can be sent through Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle/Chime, and each new appointment needs its own deposit. The balance is paid in cash on the day, since Cash App is no longer accepted.

Appointments are set at the top of the hour or the next open slot, and the business may shift times to close gaps in the schedule. Sunday and Monday appointments carry an extra $75. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments, and the location is texted to clients the day before.

Questions and concerns are handled by text only, usually answered within 24 to 48 hours. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment forfeit the deposit, same-day cancellations are charged the full service price, and no-shows forfeit the deposit and lose booking privileges.
