Bookings are made by text only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments are offered at 9am or 4pm, smaller sizes and certain boho styles are booked for morning appointments starting at 9am, and no braid appointments are taken after 4:30pm. The business is closed on Sundays, and hours vary by day, with weekday openings around 9:15am and Saturday hours running from 8:30am to 7pm with a break in the afternoon. Deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed and blown out, or natural hair washed and detangled. A wash can be added to an appointment when needed. Braiding hair is included with most styles, and the only braid hair brand used is Xpressions pre-stretch hair.
