The salon's outlook is that every hair texture can be healthy with proper nurture and care. Taffe invites clients to keep working on their hair health with her over time, rather than treating a visit as a one-off.

Clients book or ask about services by calling or texting the salon. Prices depend on hair depth and length, running from texture to chemical services, and every hair service includes a shampoo. A 15-minute consultation can be requested, and some services, such as boho braids without extensions and sew-in tracks, need a consultation first to confirm the hair type wanted. Color services start with 2 ounces, with a charge for each additional ounce.

Senior citizens and children under 10 receive 20 percent off services. Deposits are nonrefundable, and appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit; if the stylist cancels, the deposit is refunded in full. Payment is due after the service, by cash, Zelle, check, or credit card, with a 5 percent surcharge on credit cards. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, a $20 fee is added after 30 minutes late, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than an hour late. Inquiries are answered within 24 to 48 hours.
