The color menu covers balayage, color blocking, vivid color, color balance, full and partial foiling, color accents, glazing and glossing, new growth color and corrective color. Color services include a scalp and neck massage, a pH-balancing shampoo and a deep conditioning mask, and the salon consults before color work to plan placement and formula. Corrective color begins with a consultation to assess the hair and plan the correction. Vivid color and corrective color are priced by the hour, so the salon suggests a consultation for an exact quote.

Haircuts run from about 30 to 90 minutes depending on detail, style and skill level. Hairstyling is offered seven days a week through the online booking system and includes blowouts, plus shampoo, deep conditioning and styling priced by hair length. The luxury head spa starts with an assessment of scalp oil levels, sensitivity and density, then includes exfoliation, steam, a hair mask, a hot towel, a scalp massage and a rough dry. The salon recommends a scalp facial every four to six weeks.

Luxury products are sold through the Apothecary and an online shop, which also has a return and exchange policy. The salon also runs the ImagIN program, which gives employees of local businesses discounted services, and a corporate program.

The salon combines technical color and cutting skill with personal care, and plans color work through a consultation before services begin.
