Visits are by appointment only, with bookings made for that day. Stylists are matched to clients by hair type and the look they want, and clients can switch stylists. Color transformations and extensions begin with a complimentary consultation, and every new extension client must have one. Online booking runs through the Rosy scheduling system, and the salon recommends booking ahead for extensive color or extension work, with same-day openings checked by phone.

Blonding is a major part of the menu, covering balayage and ombre, foil and babylight highlights, full blonde transformations, root smudging, lift and tone, and color correction. Every blonding service includes toner, and blow dry is usually an extra. The salon says balayage can last three to six months between touch-ups, while foils and scalp lifts generally need maintenance every six to eight weeks.

Regular blowout clients can join The Cheveux Collective, a monthly package program with blowout-only bundles and color application kit support. Private styling events and group bookings are available for bridal parties and celebrations. Clients who want color between salon visits can use The Color Concierge, which provides custom at-home kits with professional guidance after an in-person consultation.
