Each stylist brings a different focus. Brenton Lee shapes cuts around each client's face shape, personality and lifestyle. Julie Richard specializes in hair color and ethnic hair, and Lupita Gomez works on balayage, medium or chunky highlights and retouch color. Sue Lim leads the skincare menu.

Color, extensions and on-site bridal hair are booked after a consultation, and color services include one. Starting prices are for Level 1 stylists, junior stylist prices are lower and available on request, and clients can ask for a specific stylist's price list. Some appointments take a deposit that goes toward the service. Reschedules or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and certain stylists charge a cancellation fee.

The pore purifying facial runs 45 minutes and includes enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a soothing mask and high frequency when needed. The custom facial runs 75 minutes, is built after a consultation and skin analysis, and includes a face, neck and shoulder massage. Microcurrent is offered as a non-surgical facial that uses low-level electrical current, which the salon describes as a way to lift eyelids, define cheekbones and jawline, and tighten skin. It comes in 50-minute or 90-minute sessions, singly or in a series of three at lower per-session rates.
