Blonding is the main focus. Options run from a hairline face frame and a mini dimensional set covering the front hairline and part, through partial and full dimensional blonding, to full custom blonding for very light, bright results with little dimension. Full dimensional blonding covers the whole head and takes about four hours; the salon suggests booking it two to three times a year for upkeep. Every blonding service includes a root tap and gloss.

Beyond blonding, the menu includes root color for grey coverage or a change of natural base, all-over color that suits brunettes and reds, a brunette service, and customized brunette work that uses lowlights to go darker or add depth to blonde. A color-in-between-foils add-on is available for blonding. Gloss, haircuts, blowouts and cut-and-gloss appointments round out the styling options, and cut, color and blonding services include a wash and style of the client's choice.

Extensions are added by hand-tied method for added length or fullness. The cost depends on the amount of hair used, so a consultation comes first. Installs and move-ups are priced by row or mini row, and a two-row install takes about two hours.

Payment is due right after the appointment by cash, card or Apple Pay. Prices can change with the amount of product used. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice, with a fee of half the service total for late notice. No-shows are charged the full service total before rebooking. Arrivals are held for a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment must be rebooked with a $50 fee. Guests and children are not permitted, since the suite is small.
