The Tyler bar is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 9am to 3pm. Early appointments from 7am are available on advance request. If no suitable time shows online, clients can call or text the bar to ask for extended hours.

The signature blow out includes a wash and a choice of styles, from a classic blow out to runway-inspired curls. Add-ons include a braid, a head massage, deep conditioning, extended time, and blow outs with bonded extensions or ready-to-wear extension installation. Treatment add-ons include Keratin Complex Vital Shot, Express Keratin, RE:UNITE, BLONDAFix, Color Wow treatments and Uluxury Wash. A Blo Mini is offered for children 8 and under, and a customized look is available for hair. Prices vary by market, so the booking page's location selection shows the local rates.

Makeup services cover five signature looks, custom makeup, express face, lash application and lash-and-liner, brows, and powder and lip touch-ups. Makeup appointments are available on days other than special occasions. The bar also offers bridal hair and makeup, including on-site service at a hotel, reception or other location, plus styling for the bridal party. Blo Party events cover showers, holiday and birthday parties, and kids' birthday parties for ages 5 and up.

A Mane Squeeze membership offers two blow outs a month (or four with a four-pack), $5 off extra blow outs, and 10% off makeup and retail products. Membership perks are used at the member's home location and can be paused or canceled at any time.
