The salon was built as a space where skilled artists can work for themselves while still growing together as a team. Each professional is independently operated and manages their own bookings, and the salon describes itself as holding high standards and as a one-stop shop for beauty needs.

Prices vary by stylist, so clients are directed to call for pricing on an individual service. A price may rise with the length and thickness of the hair. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a cancellation inside that window is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and requires payment for the missed service. New clients book with a credit card that is charged only for a no-show or a late cancellation, and they may be asked to complete a consultation form on arrival. All product sales are final. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm.
