Each suite is run as its own independent business, so clients book directly with the suite's owner for appointments, pricing and questions. The studio is not responsible for the products and services those independent professionals provide. The suites are set up for cosmetologists, massage therapists, makeup artists, lash techs, hair extension techs, healing therapists and estheticians, and the studio gives salon owners ongoing marketing support.

The space also hosts weddings, proms, parties and other events, with room reserved for groups receiving body treatments, facials, hair and makeup. The studio describes its environment as beautiful and comfortable.
