The Express Facial is a 30-minute option that includes a double cleanse, dermaplaning, a light enzyme peel, serums, SPF with moisturizer, and a lip treatment. The BLK LBL Custom Facial adjusts the treatment to each client's skin type and goals and includes a mask chosen for that client and facial massage. The Deluxe Custom Facial adds a customized mask, scalp, shoulder and neck massage, and an ice globe massage, and the studio describes it as its most popular facial. The O2 Lift Facial uses Image Skincare oxygen treatment products with an oxygen mask, massage, hot towels and steam.

Lash and brow services include lash lifts with or without tint, semi-permanent lash tint on natural lashes, brow waxing with clean-up, semi-permanent brow tint, and brow lamination, which sets brow hair upward for about six weeks. The studio says it uses high-quality product lines and ingredients and puts real effort into keeping the space sanitized and disinfected.

The studio also offers training for licensed cosmetologists and estheticians, or students working toward either license, in brow lamination and lash lift techniques. Courses cover theory, sanitation and aftercare, photo guidance, a live model demo, hands-on practice on a model, a product list, a starter kit, and a certificate of completion. Graduates receive 10% off products for life, and the instructor offers continued access after the course.

For business owners, The Mentorship is a three-month one-on-one program with two one-hour Zoom calls a month, a monthly group call, app-based access to the owner, a community channel, and discounts on webinars, events and courses.

Services are customized to the individual, from facial treatments matched to skin type and goals to mentorship that is shaped to each person rather than one standard plan.
