Ashlee Rexroth

Ashlee Rexroth is the CEO and owner of BLK LBL Esthetics in Brownsburg, Indiana, and has run the studio on her own since it opened in June 2021. She started in the beauty industry in 2011, when she began cosmetology school while still in high school. She holds a cosmetology license received in 2013, trained at a makeup school in Chicago, and graduated from esthetician school in 2016.

Before opening the studio, she worked in makeup artistry and built her own makeup business, later moving into content creation and influencer marketing. She co-founded Project Evolve Co, a company that helps beauty industry professionals grow their businesses. Her work at the studio focuses on facials, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and brow services.

She also offers business and mindset coaching, education, and in-person and online events for women. Her mentorship is individualized rather than following one standard plan, and she has more than 11 years of experience in the beauty industry.
