Facials are offered to clients of any gender, age or skin type, and each one is customized. A visit typically includes an in-depth skin analysis and extractions when needed. The New Client facial begins with a consultation and leaves the client with an at-home skin care plan. Dermaplaning, offered in several facial options, uses a blade held at a 45-degree angle to remove the outer layer of skin and fine vellus hair. Clients are advised to come about once a month and to keep up a daily home routine. Multiple services can be combined in one visit.

Lash work includes classic, hybrid and volume sets, fills, touch-ups, tinting, removal and colored lashes, with foreign fills accepted from clients who come from another lash artist. The spa is certified in all three lash lift techniques (adhesive, freestyle and Korean) and uses the Elleebana Profusion line for lash and brow lifts. Fills are recommended two to three weeks after a set, and a full set is needed when more than half the lashes are gone. Clients should arrive with clean lashes, and lashes can get wet 24 hours after a set or fill. Swimming is allowed when extensions are cleaned and brushed afterward.

Body waxing uses a hard wax that grips only the hair and is described by the spa as hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty free. Clients using Accutane, Retin-A or retinol should speak with their esthetician before a wax. Swarovski crystal tooth gems are applied with professional dental tools in about 15 minutes for a single gem, and the spa notes they can last roughly three to 24 months with care. Reiki healing sessions can be booked alone or added to other services, and the spa recommends sessions every two weeks or more, depending on the client's goal. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical problems. The spa also offers GlyMed Plus skin care, a loyalty program for returning clients, online gift cards, and a robe-changing area behind blinds before facials.

Each facial is tailored to the individual, and the spa states it uses pharmaceutical grade products with natural ingredients, a claim it makes about its own products.
