The salon says it is one of the first in Indianapolis certified in Opal Free adhesive and LED/UV light-cure technology. Extensions are applied with a light-cured adhesive made from epoxidized plant-oil resins that is free from cyanoacrylates, acrylates, latex and formaldehyde. Lash lifts and tints are offered for clients who react to extensions, and clients with past sensitivities can book a consultation before committing to a full set.

Expect to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and to skip caffeine for at least four hours beforehand. Extension clients wash their lashes daily with the cleanser they receive at their full set, and aftercare asks them to avoid oil, waterproof makeup, rubbing, tugging and high heat. Fills are typically booked every two to four weeks, depending on natural lash shedding. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving ten or more minutes late is handled differently for lash lifts and tints than for other appointments. Payment is due at the time of service, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve. Clients are asked to come alone, since children and guests are not accommodated during services.

The skin menu includes dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz, along with a custom luxury facial, an express facial and a gentle facial designed for girls aged 8 to 12. Brow services include waxing, semi-permanent tinting and brow lamination.
