Extension appointments begin with a lash bath to clean and prep the natural lashes. Fills are booked by how many days have passed since the last appointment: a Mini Fill is a touch-up about a week out, a Standard Fill suits lashes up to 16 days old, and an Extended Fill suits lashes 18 to 25 days old. If fewer than 40% of lashes remain at a fill, full set pricing applies. Clients whose lashes were done by another technician book a Foreign Fill, which may require removing the old set and starting with a full set.
The Customized Full Set includes an aftercare kit. The Model Full Set is booked only after the client and owner have talked through modeling. The Korean Lash Lift + Tint uses Lightheart products, and according to the studio its results last about 6 to 8 weeks. Eyelash tint, colored lashes, color changes and eyelash removal are also offered, and an extra 15 minutes can be added to a visit for $13.
Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and to reschedule if they are sick. Message or ring the doorbell on arrival. Guests are not allowed unless approved in advance, and there is no guest seating. There is no late fee, but arriving late shortens the appointment. Appointments outside regular hours carry a $20 after-hours fee. Changes and cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and a 50% cancellation fee may apply within 48 hours. No-call-no-shows are charged the full service price. Rescheduling keeps the deposit toward the new appointment. Payment is accepted by cash, card and Venmo, but not check or PayPal. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Service timing follows how many days have passed since the last set, so fills are matched to where the lashes are in their growth cycle.
