The studio is on the second floor at the back of The Gentry Building, entered through door 222 off 2nd Street, with stairs, entrance and parking facing Powell Blvd. It is open Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to 2:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm, and closed Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

The menu covers nail care, gel and hard gel work, and nail art, with pedicures, makeup and lashes alongside. Gel polish comes from The Gel Bottle, Apres, DVOK and DND, and regular polish from Essie and DND. Clients can send inspiration photos by text or email before a visit; the images are a guide only, and results can vary by technician. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and any gel removal needed is booked into the service time. Requests for times outside regular booking hours can be made by calling or texting.
Gel polish can be added to it. Bridal makeup is a luminous wedding-day look that includes a trial appointment and day-of makeup. Special occasion makeup is full face makeup for the day of an event without a trial, though a trial can be added for $30.
