The menu is grouped into brows, facials, lashes, makeup, a small category of other services, and waxing. Facials range from a 30-minute Go and Glow treatment to a 60-minute Hydra-Dermabrasion, and include options built around microdermabrasion, high-frequency technology, and dermaplaning, which uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz. Brow services can be booked on their own or combined into a single visit that includes tinting, lamination, and a wax shape. Lash options include a lash lift with tint, classic and hybrid/volume fills, and full sets of classic or hybrid/volume extensions, which take about three hours.

Some policies are worth knowing before booking. A $20 deposit is required from new clients for most services, and the lash lift also carries a $20 deposit. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a no-show is charged a 50% service fee at the next appointment. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, and late arrivals receive no grace period, which can lead to the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled and the deposit being forfeited. Services are not refunded, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, or $200 amounts, or a custom value.

Cosmetic teeth whitening is a 40-minute service using professional products that clients apply themselves. Candidates need to have good dental care and a professional cleaning within the last six months. The studio is open Monday, Friday, and weekday evenings from 5 to 8 PM, and on weekends from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Thursday.
