Lash work is the core of the studio. Classic, hybrid and volume full sets are offered, along with standard, extended and mini fills and lash lifts and tints. Lash sets are planned after a consultation for each client's facial structure, using the studio's Face Studies technique. New full sets and volume full sets include an aftercare kit with a lash cleanser, a cleansing brush and lash wands, and aftercare cards with at-home tips are given at the end of each service. The studio says its lash artists are educated through what it calls industry-leading lash education.

Brow services use Kelley Baker Brow Products, and clients are shown how to finish their brow look at home. Facials range from a classic treatment that includes cleansing, moisturizing and exfoliating to dermaplaning, an O2toDerm oxygen dome treatment with anion therapy, and a Glo2 treatment using O2 bubbles, light ultrasound and lymphatic massage. Facial waxing covers the full face, with brow and lip or chin add-ons available.

Hours run Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 7am to 4pm, and the studio is closed Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and a credit card is required to hold an appointment. Gift cards can be bought on the website. Cash and major cards are accepted, personal checks are not, and gratuities are not included in prices. Quoted prices are starting prices and can be higher depending on the provider.

Lash sets are planned for each client's facial structure after a consultation, using the studio's Face Studies technique.
