Fills are offered at several timings. Standard classic and hybrid fills are booked two to three and a half weeks after the last appointment, while extended fills at four to five weeks for classic sets and three to three and a half weeks for hybrid sets are only available when enough extensions remain. If significant lash loss has happened, the studio may need extra time or a full set.
Lash lifts and tints are a separate menu. A keratin lash lift curls and lifts natural lashes and typically lasts six to eight weeks, and it can be paired with a tint that fades over about three to four weeks. Tint alone is available for upper and lower lashes, and a combined lash and brow tint offers a choice of Blonde, Natural, Middle Brown or Brown.
Brow and facial appointments run short. Brow waxing and shaping takes roughly thirty minutes, and tinting is offered in the same four shades. Facial waxing can cover just the lip or chin, or the whole face, which includes the cheeks, sideburns and jawline. Eyebrow shaping and neck waxing fall outside the full-face package, and when hair grows down onto the jawline or neck, a second visit may be needed.
Visits require clean lashes and no eye makeup on arrival, and the studio does not accept walk-ins.
Each lash set is planned around the client's natural lashes, eyes, features, lifestyle and the look they want, and the studio may suggest a lighter set or a break when that is the healthiest choice for the natural lashes.
